How to Order International Christian School Transcripts
The ACSI Transcript Depository is a service of ACSI for overseas member schools to provide a secure depository for the permanent records of all graduates as a protection against any natural hazard, damage, or disturbance within a country that might jeopardize the security or accessibility of such records. Records located in the United States may be more easily attainable by the graduate for colleges or potential employers.
ACSI maintains a file of transcripts by school and year of graduation with graduates listed alphabetically. The file is permanently housed in a fire safe room at ACSI Headquarters and maintained by the International Ministries Office.
Faith Academy graduates may request a transcript by downloading and filling out the Transcript Request Form (below) and sending it to ACSI along with a nominal service fee of $10.00 (U.S. Funds Only). Transcripts will not be released unless payment is made at the time of request. Transcript request forms must be filled out and signed by the student.

Please be sure to include a form of payment with the request form. ACSI accepts US checks and money orders, cash, & credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express).
You can Fax the request form for your transcript to 719-867-6180 along with your credit card information.
NOTE: Credit Card payments are required with Faxed Transcript orders.
Transcripts will be released within one to three working days following receipt of your written order.
