Overview
Commitment to God and missions, as well as a love for children, characterize the 35 professional staff members, many of whom possess advanced academic credentials. Normal teacher standards include a current teaching credential and two years of teaching experience.
Being an evangelical school for children of expatriate Christian workers, Faith Academy Mindanao considers only personnel who subscribe to the school’s doctrinal statement. All staff members are affiliated with, and receive financial support through, an evangelical sending agency. Christian individuals and churches around the world who send and financially support the faculty members at the school donate about 70% of the cost of a Faith Academy education.
